On Sunday afternoon, after the final games, there will be a giant BBQ party at Mi Rancho. This party is the true highlight of the tournament, and not to be missed! Bus transportation is provided for everyone that has the BBQ Party in their package. The buses will transfer from the fields and Host Hotel to the ranch and back. It is located about 45 minutes outside of Puerto Vallarta and along the way you will see the true Mexican countryside. It is a unique opportunity to leave the bustling city and view the hills and jungles while passing through small villages and farming communities. The road to the ranch is dirt and quite the "thrill ride" as your bus maneuvers the steep terrain and tight curves! Don't worry, it is all just part of the adventure!
Once at the Ranch there will be plenty of cold drinks and lots of wonderful food. There is a river you can cool off in, hammocks and a DJ to keep the party grooving. After everyone has a bite to eat and a few drinks, the awards and trophies are handed out and speeches are made. Don't forget to bring your camera and swim suit. Also, you may wish to bring some cash with you as there will be specialty tequilas and local liquors to sample and purchase.
If this is your first time to the BBQ, don't forget to ask your friends about "the last bus back club" where one can never tell what will happen next!
