Vallarta Classic 2012 Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be accepted in the order of receipt of a completed application form accompanied by team entry fee. A $60 per-person deposit is required from each person traveling with the team, due July 1, 2012. BALANCE of payment is due by September 1, 2012. Receipt of payment constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. EARLY RESERVATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. CANCELLATIONS
Deposits, team entry fees and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund in the event of individual cancellations after final payment will depend upon resale of the reservations, less any additional costs imposed on Soccer Player Vacations by transportation companies, hotel proprietors or any company directly connected with the tournament. Deposits, team entry fees and payments can be transferred to another participant, or team provided the replacement team, or partipiant's total is equal or greater than the amount being transferred. Any refund that may be granted due to extenuating circumstances and the kindness of Soccer Player Vacations and their vendors will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
THE ITINERARY / PRICING
The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of Soccer Player Vacations. Pricing is based on a minimum number of passengers traveling. If this minimum number is not reached, the tournament may be canceled, or pricing revised.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Soccer Player Vacations shall not be held responsible or liable in any way of any loss, death, injury or damage to persons or property suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this program or any portion of it. Soccer Player Vacations shall not be responsible for any delays, substitutions of equipment, change in service or accommodations, or other acts or omissions on the part of carriers or operators of facilities described in the program or for any changes in the itinerary deemed necessary or appropriate for the safety or convenience of the passengers. Soccer Player Vacations reserves the right to terminate the status of any participant at any time for any reason subject only to the requirement that the portion of the total amount paid which corresponds to the cost of unused services and accommodations be refunded. If the entire program is canceled, participants shall have no claim other than for a full refund. The airline, coach, or rail companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act; omission or events during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airline, coach or rail companies concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, coach or rail companies and purchaser of this tour and/or passenger. Rates are based on current tariff information, which is subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to change.

Please understand that there are situations beyond our control and for which we cannot be held responsible. Therefore, your complete understanding and cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated.
